DELIVERY INFORMATION

Our number one aim is to make sure you get the right product. Before shipping out a bike we will always make contact to make sure you are getting the right size and the right bike for your needs. 

Delivery Rates

Bikes:

Delivery is free on all bikes.

We aim to have in stock bikes to you within 3 days. Warehoused bikes will take 1 to 2 weeks to be delivered.

We assemble, service and PDI (pre delivery inspection) the bike, and then partially disassemble it to pack it into its box. Customers will need to re-fit the handlebars, front wheel and pedals themselves. We are only a phone call or email away to help with this.

Parts & Accessories

€10 delivery charge on orders under €200. All orders over €200 are delivered free.

We aim to have in stock parts to you within 2 days. Warehoused parts will take 1 to 2 weeks to be delivered.

Returns

If your order is broken or spoiled when it is delivered then you should notify us as soon as possible or in any case within 7 days of delivery, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid. If the package is visable damaged please do not accept it or sign for it. 

If the product you purchase is faulty, or not as described, we may offer an exchange, refund or repair as appropriate, in accordance with your consumer rights.

If you choose to return an item, it must reach us within 14 days in original unused condition with all labels attached and any packaging that may have formed part of the item i.e. boxed goods. Please do not remove labels from products or dispose of packaging while you are making up your mind as this may affect your ability to return an item. We will exchange the product or issue a refund based on the original method of payment. For purchases made by Debit/Credit card, the same card must be used to process the refund. Special order products must be paid for in full and cannot be refunded or replaced unless goods are proven faulty.  Bikes that are returned due to a change of mind or wrong size ordered etc, will incurr a restocking fee of €50. 

Please note:  that the cost of return is not the responsibility of Revolve Bike Shop. We reserve the right not to accept ‘change of mind’ returns outside of this period. Goods may also be returned in person to our store.
