The North Wexford Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (NWSPCA)

is a voluntary animal welfare organisation based in the

Animal Welfare Centre at Vaughan's Veterinary Hospital

on the Coach Road in Gorey.

This oraganisation depends on the goodwill of all it's volunteers

to provide care and temporary accommodation to animanls

who have been surrendered and abandoned;

while they await their forever home and their forever family.

Every year they rehome hundreds of cats and dogs; giving them a second chance at life.

The NWSPCA operate a no-kill policy.

Four inspectors at the centre investigate reported cases of animal cruelty; they can be contacted
