Revolve Bike Shop Returns Policy

To return an item, all you have to do is download the Return Form, complete it and send it back to us with the goods – you don't even need to contact us beforehand, unless you need our advice about size, fitting, etc.

Have a read of these guidelines to ensure a the return goes as smoothly as possible:

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Goods must be accompanied by original receipt/invoice.
  • Goods must be in their original manufacturers packaging and have all tags still attached.
  • Goods must not be used in any way. We will only refund return postage costs on damaged/faulty/incorrect goods. We cannot refund your return postage if you have changed your mind or ordered incorrectly.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original payment method .
  • When returning your order under warranty please make sure any items of clothing, footwear or bikes have been suitably cleaned – failure to do this may severely delay or invalidate your warranty claim.
  • Always hold on to your packaging (including bike boxes) until you are completely satisfied with your purchase – we cannot accept returns without this. Please note that bikes must be returned in a securely-packaged bike box.
  • Try and keep packaging intact as damaged packaging may invalidate your right to a refund.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel.
  • We are unfortunately not in a position to operate our Returns Policy on any sale, special offer, clearance or reduced price items and these cannot be returned once purchased.


Faulty Goods.

All goods sold by us are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects, but does not cover damage sustained by crashing, abuse, or general wear and tear.
If you think your goods are faulty please contact us prior to returning them.

Frames have different warranty policies - for different types of frames please call us or check the manufacturer's website, where applicable.

Some manufacturers require items be sent directly to them for repairs or confirmation of warranty, this can lead to a slight delay. If this is the case we will contact you to let you know.


Goods Wrongly Delivered, or Damaged in Transit 

If we send the wrong goods by mistake, or the goods arrive damaged we will be happy to refund the standard cost of posting the goods back to us (Ireland and UK) – please contact us immediately.

  • Goods must be returned within 7 days. 
  • Goods must be in their original packaging.
  • Goods must not be used.
  • Goods must be returned with a completed Returns Form.
